01Our production capacity
We produce furniture for 70 ships a year. Each ship will have around 170 pieces of furniture.
On board the ship there are crew quarters, a wheelhouse, a crew mess, meeting rooms, sick rooms, recreation rooms and more, and we create a wide variety of made-to-order furniture for each ship according to the needs of our customers.
02Timeliness from design to production
We have been using an IoT system for around the past 20 years which has enabled us to create a unified process flow from design to production.
Even for furniture which requires different specifications from the furniture we usually make, we are able to produce it in a timely and efficient manner.
03An ever-evolving workplace
In addition to preserving and refining the skills we have cultivated over our history, our Production Department also incorporates new technologies that allow us to learn from the past as we seek to create something new, thus ensuring that we are a workplace that is constantly evolving rather than just maintaining the status quo.
